April 22nd in Moberly. Earth Day Celebration!

April 23th and 24th in Columbia. Columbia Audubon Society's Band With Nature event for 4th grade students!

May 9th at Weston Bend State Park. The annual WINGS OVER WESTON festival. Join MRBO and many other stations and vendors for this fantastic event for all ages!

May 16th in Arrow Rock. Join MRBO hummingbird bander Veronica and wildlife rehabilitator Leah from 2 -4 p.m. for a program on the hummingbirds of the western hemisphere. Special Guest appearance by Tuck, a non-releasable Ruby-throated Hummingbird rehabbed by Leah!

May 16th in Lexington. Join MRBO Educator Emily Wilmoth for birdhouse building and guided bird walks at Lexington State Historic Site's Kids to Parks Day! 10 a.m. - 3 p.m..

June 6th and 7th at La Petite Gemme Prairie. Missouri' Prairie Foundation's Annual Bio-Blitz. Join people from all over Missouri who gather to document biodiversity on the prairie. Plants, insects, herps, birds and mammals will be sought and discussed by professional group leaders. MRBO grassland surveyor Nic Salick and Educator Emily Wilmoth will lead bird tours of this beautiful prairie.
