Join MRBO and scores of other Missouri conservationists for a fun, family-friendly festival devoted to enjoying nature!  The festival will be held on Arrow Rock’s Main Street from 10 a.m – 4 p.m. on May 11th.  The Birds and The Bees is a sister festival to Arrow Rock’s annual Garden Market and Vintage Bazaar.  Come enjoy birds, native plants, guided hikes, games, food and more!

10:30 a.m. – Birds!  with Burroughs Audubon Society and Missouri River Bird Observatory (some binoculars available to borrow but bring your own if you have them) 

12:00 p.m. – Pollinator catch, ID & release!  with Chris Edmonson of Missouri State Parks

2:30 p.m. – Nature of Arrow Rock  with Nadia Tindall of Native Plants & More

Plus, informal 15-20 minute guided walks with the Hawthorne Native Plant Society – just go to their booth at any time of day!
